Das Verzeichnis der zulassungspflichtigen Stoffe enthält die in den Anhang XIV der REACH-Verordnung aufgenommenen Stoffe, die damit der Zulassungspflicht unterstehen.
Zum Stand vom 1. Mai 2022 wurden folgende 59 Stoffe/Stoffgruppen aus der Kandidatenliste der REACH-Verordnung (SVHC-Liste) in den Anhang XIV aufgenommen. Weitere 52 Stoffe/Stoffgruppen werden aktuell zur Aufnahme in Anhang XIV empfohlen.

In der Schweiz finden die Einträge aus dem EU-Verzeichnis der zulassungspflichtigen Stoffe – nach zusätzlichen Abklärungen von Behörden und Industrie – Aufnahme in Anhang 1.17 der Chemikalien-Risikoreduktions-Verordnung (ChemRRV).
