Regie fuhrte bei der Konzertaufnahme Nick Wickham 3 Die Tickets fur die Live Ubertragungen kosteten 20 US Dollar 4 Am 25 August 2010 wurden das Veroffentlichungsdatum wie auch die Gestaltung
