Island Games 2003

Die Island Games 2003 waren die zehnte Auflage der Spiele. Sie fanden vom 28. Juni bis zum 4. Juli 2003 zum zweiten Mal nach 1987 auf Guernsey statt. Es nahmen 2129 Athleten teil. Der Hauptveranstaltungsort war das Stadion Footes Lane in Saint Peter Port.
