Eigenschaften Bearbeiten
3,6-Anhydrogalactose ist ein Galactosederivat und somit ein Monosaccharid. Es kommt natürlich in Rotalgen in D-Form als Baustein von Carrageen und Furcellaran sowie in L-Form als Baustein von Agaropektin und Porphyran vor.
