Fabio Zuffanti (* 5. Juni 1968 in Genua) ist ein italienischer Musiker.
Er ist seit 1994 in zahlreichen Bands und Projekten v. a. aus Progressive Rock und verwandten Genres als Bassist und Komponist aktiv, hat jedoch auch Werbejingles und Soundtracks komponiert.
